Wrongful death claims and Medicare liens

If a family files a wrongful death claim related to an incident involving a decedent who was covered by Medicare, there could be situations in which damages that are awarded might be subject to liens placed by Medicare. Car collision involving Caitlyn Jenner sparks second lawsuit

California car accidents can occur for a multitude of reasons, and no one is immune from the potential of being involved in a crash. The latter can be avoided by staying aware of a vehicle's blind spots and situations that might cause an abrupt lane change.
